Finally

I wondered how long it would take republican voters to finally get tired of the asshats in office. I opened my favorite sites today and it looks like it was a good day in that area among my friends.

It is nice to know that at least my friends aren’t blind to the wasteful practices of these corporate pigs in office. I don’t know if more of America is starting to see that they are manipulated in Election Years or not. I hope so. We as a people need more people writing stuff like that this. More people that feel they are , but also feel that these “” in office aren’t.

A two party political system sucks (IMO), but it is what we have, so we need to see people from both sides work to make sure that the people in office at least reflect the things that they say their party is supposed to. Both parties seem to have gotten away from that in the last few years and they need to see some fallout from that.

I really wish there were more third parties out there to run so that people would feel they were a valid party and vote some of them into office. I think anything that would shock these greedy greedy money grubbers in office into thinking they might lose their jobs if they don’t try a little harder to do what we want would be a great thing.

I think there should be a new law…

That says to hold any kind of office in the U.S. you must read and memorize the Consitution. Perhaps that would stop stuff like this:

Fletcher’s Reply

I previously wrote a letter to Governer Fletcher about his pushing of Intelligent Design during his state of the commonwealth speech. I just got the reply and since the Governer (or more likely his staff) wants to continue to use old technology (my tax dollars at work, free versus paying postage) and actually mailed me a paper letter instead of just replying with the email address they had, I have to type it in. Any errors are probably mine.

It won’t come out until the damage is done, just how bad these people are

http://www.nytimes.com/2006/02/04/science/04climate.html?_r=1&oref=slogin

I am not saying that it hasn’t happened before under some other administration, but this administration, just doesn’t care about anything except their talking points. They are going to hold intelligence back just to make their points.

UPDATE:

The Guy that is doing the censoring didn’t even graduate from College, but his resume says he did.

The Real Steven Colbert

I read through this article and thought that he has some really interesting stuff. It is funny to see him act like he does on the show and then to hear how he talks in real life.

Light them up boys!!!

It is nice to see people are finally starting to stand up to these idiots that are running the country right now. Too bad they waited until they got elected for that second term.

Sites and Videos like these make me feel that perhaps people are starting to come out of their stupor.

I Drew This

Timeline of goverment reaction

Crooks and Liars

The Daily Show came back from vacation on Tuesday and I truly think that on Tuesday’s show Jon was so mad that he could hardly do the show.

is trying to push it off that people are attacking them because they are trying to “play ” or “play the blame game”, does it seem impossible that people are attacking him because he fucked up? I can’t believe how fast he and his crew are out there with their talking points. Do they even try to act like they are speaking of their own mind?

Arrrghh!!! There is soooo much information showing that these guys are just fucking stupid and I wanted to write it all down, but I just can’t process it all and it seems dumb to take the time to write it all down because I am soooo freaking mad over it. I just hope finally… finally… maybe some of these people that have their heads up their asses about how dumb is and how sure they were that he was the better of the two for the job will pull out a little. I mean can anyone seriously think that Gore would have stayed on vacation for three days after this happened? Do you really think the person that everyone called the worlds oldest boyscout would be unprepared for something like this?

The US elected a Drunk, retarded, cowboy, oil baron, who ran all his companies into the ground and look what we have now: Record high gas prices, two wars, terrorist attacks, people dying because of pitiful response to a disaster, poor funding to programs that were doing well in 2000, more national debt, countless times catching these people lying, countless times of them astroturfing the media to make people forget they screwed up and lied… the list is endless. I wonder if it would be possible impeach these people on just pure incompetence.

AND!!! Now he is calling for a national day of prayer. Well lets forget the fact that prayer isn’t going to help these people eat, drink, live and recover their possesions. How about seperation of church and state? How does the president calling for the nation to take a day and pray fall under that?

ARRRRRRGGHHHH!!!!!!!

Blame Canada

Patriot Act in Canada?

New bill being reviewed in Canada that will let the police read your email and monitor all of your internet activities. It might even give them the ability to monitor your activities inside password protected websites.

All of this AND not needing any prior judicial approval to do so!!! Does the fun ever start?

I honestly can tell is this is the same as the Patriot Act or worse. I am sure that if it is worse, the US guberment will have these in effect too, as soon as possible. We wouldn’t want anyone out there to have the right to personal privacy would we?

Man sometimes the Daily Show can be informative

I think I have a new favorite person:

Some of the links at the bottom are truly great information. I really like this one:

He really needs to watch out though. Bush could have him whacked and no one would even think about it. As a matter of fact people are probably expecting it, given his .

The end of the filibuster

You have to love it when the country’s government has become so polarized that when any one vote comes to the floor you know the outcome before the vote is ever called.

Newsweek, welcome to scapegoat land!

The government is demanding that Newsweek pay for their crimes. Are we honestly all of the opinion that they really made a mistake?
